A: Yes, sample order for testing and checking our quality is available. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: For normal samples order: 1-3 days, mass production time should be checked according to your total order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement for LED Power Supply order?
A: At least 1 carton, it depends on your order details, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: By DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days for delivery. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.3%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new power supply with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, please send the pictures or videos for them, if possible, we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
