Dongguan City Pengcheng Electronics was founded in year 2013, factory located in Shijie Town, Dongguan City. Our Company specialize in developing and manufacturing adapter, switching power supply, LED driver, set-top box, router, Bluetooth products…etc. Products widely used in communication, lighting, home appliances, medical treatment, toys and other fields.
We have 4 SMT lines(AI/RI), and 4 full lines for DIP, assembly and packing, factory staffed 220 skilled workers, daily capacity 50K PCS.
We set up the quality department, consisting of quality assurance, quality audit, QE, IQC, IPQC, and OQC. Meanwhile, both our R&D team and PE/IE/ME/QE engineers are more than 10 years experiences in this field.
We offer OEM&ODM& customized service for domestic and foreign market. All models are confirms to the certificates of CCC,CQC,CE,UL,FCC,CSA…etc.

We can negotiate the price based on the quality and your requirements for the product,we can do custom design to meet your needs .

Our MOQ is 1000pcs per lot per ,but we can accept small trial order the first time .

Bulk production: 20-25 days normally ,any urgent requirement we can negotiate case by case.

Our standard proudct is high quality deisign which completely meet safety and EMC test. and Almost all of the standard designs we abtained the certificates such as UL FCC CE GS KC PSE SAA RCM CCC etc We can advise 24 months quality warranty except the cheap design which request by customers.
